This issue has been resolved by our Upstream Carrier.

I understand why there is the second login screen, I don't understand why there is no "reset password" URL on that second login page though. Looks like I fixed dropping issue by changing parameters in /etc/ppp/options of the modem from: lcp-echo-failure 5 lcp-echo-interval 1 to: lcp-echo-failure 10 lcp-echo-interval 6 the connection is stable now but very slow at night, can't watch Youtube or very bad quality. As my colleague advised, we recommend that you forward the router logs to the email address specified so we can go through the logs.

When doing so please refer this forum thread so we can cross refer the cases.

You may activate this by logging in to your members area and activating it.

Navigate as follows : Services & Usage > Manage (Opposite mobile number) > Voicemail

Reference Helpdesk Number: ZHH-16952-43 Since 18th December, speeds have varied from 190BYTES when connected to 1022k. My max download speed have gone from 380k/sec to 160k/sec. I've logged a helpdesk ticket and received no response since 21st. My connection speed is now 1022k when modem is cycled....
