Support Calls

Hello, I seem to have a problem with the Exetel Automated service calling me. I had logged a fault about 2 months ago, but it was resolved and the issue was closed. For the past 2 weeks, i have been getting the call. I tried to go on the support site to log it - but I didnt know how to log it. I won...

Re: "Negativity/"Sh**storm" On 'Whirlpool'

I am a very active user of Whirlpool and I saw a post regarding this, so decided to check it out. I cannot believe what I have just read - if anyone else had posted this, would it still be up for people to read.... Honestly, if you are upset that much by it - dont read it. If you think it is wrong -...

We have the landline, VOIP and internet accounts with them and have been happy all this time. Last month, due to a "security" upgrade on their cards, Citibank sent us out...

I received this email as well and I am wondering the same question in regards to Fees - will I be charged termination fees. I ask this as I will be leaving Exetel now and moving on as I cannot justify $75 for the plan. I only use about 5Gb per month, so the 3Gb is going to cost me $71 with the extra...

You pay exetel to imply such a system first The setup for this type of service is actually free - you only need to sign up with a provider, there are a couple out there already, and then you are on your way. The service we have set up enables you to send an email to the server and it will then send...

For that amount of users, you could get an sms account for $0.17 per sms, with costs dropping to $0.15 for over 40,000 SMS in a month. I agree with you though that the cost of the service would increase, but I would also be happy with the option to have this service. That way there could be a $0.25c...

I have noticed that since the change of your provider, there have been quite a few service issues. I have only been a short term customer, but admit that I have been happy with the service up to this point. This is not the point of my post. I only have 2 email addresses, my exetel and my work email ...
