Thankyou for the prompt reply.
I really appreciate it.
I will consider my options.
How much notice does exetel need to transfer the mobiles to individual accounts?

If I churn away, do I lose the lot??

Hi, I currently have 8mb adsl1 with Exetel (I believe I am also in the 6 year club). adsl2 is now becoming a need, not a want. My exchange only has ADSL2 on Tel$tra infrastructure. I currently have 2 x mobiles, voice, VoIP, virtual fax, one email account and am using some webspace. I also have prepa...

Service Has Been Deactivated

Getting this message also in activation status. What does this mean?
Applied 2/7/09. Have sent an email to hspasales@exetel.com.au also on 7/8/09 @ 2pm

Thankyou for looking into it.

EDIT: It means insufficient funds in account. (my client has finance issues)

Re: Possible Change To Off Peak Period

2 - 2 is fine, bring it!

edit: Just thinking about it now...

Why not have an opt in /out service that a user could choose what they want as peak /off peak times.
12 -12 or 2 - 2
Maybe too difficult to implement, but an idea none the less.

Re: ADSL2+ for Maitland (NSW) Exchange...

Thanks for the reply.
I hope the situation changes soon.
From reading JL's blog, it appears as if all sorts of "offers" were being bandied about, I was hoping adsl2 with tel$tra was one of them.
I live in hope.

Thanks again for the reply.
Cheers.

Any plans to offer ADSL2+ on Tel$tra/Bigpond infrastructure?
My exchange is only enabled for ADSL2 with Tel$tra.

Cheers.

Re: Report Broken Links/Failed Web Functions Here

Hi Shady, Thanks for looking into this. The Ps3 browser is so handy to have, it is in the main room, I can check "stuff" right where I am. I have installed YDL6 on the PS3, so have firefox, but it takes ages to boot, not to mention getting WPA working, but I digress. The PS3 browser is getting bette...

Re: Report Broken Links/Failed Web Functions Here

Play Station 3 Logging in to the user facilties on a PS3 only highlights some menus on the left. I cannot check Voip or ADSL for example. Latest version FW on the PS3 The page loads OK, looks good too, but cannot highlight some of these menu items. I am using the mouse, the fields cannot be selected...

It would be nice if this status was updated when there are problems as it would save everyone wondering if it was just a problem on their end.

No offence Exetel, but this is something that needs to be addressed.
