What happens if I cannot get the teir speed I ordered?
I have recently signed up to a 100/40 (not yet installed) plan but on doing some research, have found with my distance to the node (700M) it is theoretically impossible to get anywhere near 100MBps - the graphs I have seen estimate about 40MBps. Will I be allowed to downgrade my plan if the network ...

Iphone "My Exetel" app
As a user with multiple personal and business accounts/services it would be great if I could add multiple accounts to the app so I could quickly switch between them. Currently you can only work with one account at a time and it is tedious to log in and out to switch accounts. Is there any chance of ...

Re: Increasing inbox space.
I guess I will just have to work something out then - it is checked as frequently as is Possible but the emails are automatically generated by an IP camera that detects movement so the emails can come every 3 minutes when there is a lot of activity - I might be better to use Gmail to send them to as...

Increasing inbox space.
I have been searching to find if there is any options to increase the standard 40Mb of allocated email inbox space but can't find any info on it. I have an account that i get very regular midsized emails (~300 - 500kb) and they add up quickly and some end up getting bounced as there isn't enough spa...

Re: What am I doing wrong?
Well, I dont know why but after a while it just worked.
Maybe the change of password took a while to take effect?
Anyway, it is much better than using IE as was advised.
Thanks for the help, it is most appreciated

Using current plan with IPHONE
I am currently on the mobileX plan and am considering buying an Iphone. I was under the impression that I had a 3g service (the 3g logo shows on my phone) and that exetel's 3g service was supplied by Optus but I think at least some of that is wrong. My mobile internet settings use the vfinternet acc...

Re: Cannot send/recieve MMS
Well, I finally got my mobile MMS messages working by going to the motorola website website and getting them to send a configuration MMS to my phone. Perhaps peterh_oz you should try and see if nokia have a similar service. On the motorola website, it allows you to choose model, operator and which s...

Re: What is "super on net"?
Cheers Corey, good find - I would have never thought to look in the international call rates page - go figure :) This opens a can of worms though because MMS has been an ongoing problem for me - I cant get it to work and it has been the subject of quite a few emails between the support team and myse...

Re: Problem Activating Vodaphone sim
Mine was done within about 45 mins of activation on monday afternoon. the Mobile FAQ says this; How long does it take to port my number? The porting process should take no longer than 3 hours. Usually 1-2 hours. Delays may occur if system issues are experienced. FAQ is available here http://www.exet...

What is "super on net"?
The online billing for my new mobile sim has just appeared and lists a 75c charge for "super on net" - The "to" and "from" numbers are both my own mobile number and the duration is 0 seconds. I first thought it may be data usage but data is listed seperately (and as yet not updated) and as I have a ...
