Hi Mick, Usually these $10 dishonour fees are billed after a payment had failed to honour. That is, the $10 you see now, should be for a payment issue you had with the previous bill. Or am I missing something? If I pay the $10 do I get unblocked and then credited the $9.65 if I make no further international SMS? The Dashboard alert is a bit confusing as it indicates the amount to pay is $10 but clicking on the "Pay more to stay unblocked" link it says Current excess usage $0.35...

I'm on an ExeSim Saver mobile plan. My contract end date is on the 5th of the month. Currently the monthly data/call plan resets are on the 1st of the month and I'm billed for that around the middle of the month. If I cancel my plan on any date after the 5th do only get charge pro rata on the days ...

If the spend management was set to $0 then the service would get blocked after this call.
On request, we can completely block the ability to make international calls.

Yes, since you were only issued a prorated invoice, the 2 free months credit will be applied to your next 2 full monthly invoices.
