Hi,

Can you tell me if I need to pay any cancellation fees if I request a mobile phone pan from a 12-month plan to month to month before 27 August?
My contract renewal date is 2019-09-01.
Thanks
HI

Re: NBN is now activated, but ADSL status is still Active?

How long should PSTN > VoIP porting take? My ADSL2 Optus line has been active for a month since my NBN connection went live and I've not had any updates about my phone port... I've just received an NBN bill and an ADSL2 bill within a week, including my PSTN billing. Hi Hugh The porting normally tak...

Re: NBN is now activated, but ADSL status is still Active?

Hi Hugh Kindly PM your service details. If the order is submitted via the migration once the fiber service is active the ADSL service is disconnected within 7 business days. However if you have requested a PSTN to VOIP porting with the migration ADSL/ PSTN needs to be kept active till the porting is...

Re: International roaming charges

Not sure if I understand it correctly. I followed the link & it says voicemail attracts charges when a message is left. Is this true as I am looking at diverting all calls to voicemail while still in Australia so once overseas the phone will not ring if turned on? [/quote] HI Yes, If you will be cha...

Re: NBN12 Basic Plan

It seems the NBN12 service suddenly disappeared from the Exetel product offers. Can I still order the NBN12 service? The alternative Wireless Broadband offered does not come with VoIP dial in line and is not as reliable as HFC connected NBN services. HI We no longer offer the 12/1mbps plan options....

Is there a way to add the $10 unlimited pack to the new contact before it all kicks off?

Thanks,
Rodney
Hi

Yes, You have the option to add the $10 unlimited call pack via the Exetel Member Facility once the PSTN to VOIP porting is completed.

Kind Regards

Re: Billed for a month when I haven't moved in yet...

Well, I got told I have to pay anyway, as I didn't nominate a start date for the service - which wasn't an option when I ordered the service online, which was what I was told to do when I called. I will just suck it up I guess, I've had good service for so many years and next to no outages with Exe...

Re: NBN Notification of Service Installation

I've been advised by NBN.Co that my property will be connected sometime between the 6th of June and the 26th of October. As I'm an existing customer, is there anything I need to do, or do Exetel get informed and automatically switch me over, or what? Hi, Kindly PM your service details. We will arra...

Re: Confusing mobile plan - 'unlimited' calls must be 2 minutes or less?

I'm looking at the Critical Information Summary for the 12-month mobile contracts. All 12-month plans say: "Standard excess call rate (charged per minute): Unlimited " " Unlimited national calls and text" " Excess National Voice Calls to PSTN, Mobile and 13/1300 Numbers: Free " But on page 1 of the...

How do I switch to the $30's cheaper 50/20 Unlimited NBN plan? I've been checking the members facilities for a long time for cheaper plans since NBNCo announced they were giving out RSP discounts or whatever... various ISP's have given people cheaper plans already apparently...
