Re: Linksys PAP2-NA Config issue / query
That gobbledygook is for a different model so incorrect anyway, your dial plan is obviously incorrect if you need to add the area code, can you post your current dial plan for reference, you'll need to use the admin advanced login to view it, a dial plan for a PAP2 would generally look something li...

Linksys PAP2-NA Config issue / query
Hi all, Have been using a Billion router for years with Exetel VOIP, no dramas. Unfortunately, it recently died - and I've cobbled together a replacement setup with backup Netcomm modem, Linksys WAP and Linksys PAP2-NA for VOIP. I have the PAP2 configured, registered and making outbound calls. It is...

Re: Off Peak Periods
Is it time or quota that is more important when considering off peak periods?
I'd rather halve the available quota and return to a 12-12 peak / offpeak split. Ie, 12 hours peak, 12 off.

Re: Off Peak Period Change
I would like to register my disappointment at this change. I recently switched to an 8mb ADSL1 plan, with 50/50 quota. On the one hand, I am disappointed I will be less likely to use my off peak quota. On the other hand, were I still on my old 12/60 plan, this change would be intolerable. With 50gb ...

Re: 8mb speed plan
The main problem we see with 8 MBps plans is that the speed is not achieved in more and more cases leading to user disappointment and subsequent problems The other problem is the horrendously high charge Telstra makes for the service almost double what they charge for 1500/256. If we offered anothe...

8mb speed plan
Hi all, I'm in the country, so have no choice but ADSL1. In 2008 I had an 8mb plan with Exetel - it was awesome! Have moved twice since then, and have been back on 1500. I would love a an 8mb speed option. The only one currently doesn't appeal, with the fixed 6/12gb data plan. Is there any liklihood...

Re: VOIP Services That Don’t Make Calls
I think this change is fine - given I used to pay $5 for a DID
My only question is re: incoming faxes by email, which I pay $1 for, and do not make outgoing calls on that DID, will the cost increase to $2?
I have no problems if it does, just wondering.

Re: Exetel's Copyright Compliance Measures
Since I don't know you Mike, I'll assume you're being ignorant, rather than trying to be offend me. I, on the other hand, will just assume you are being rude. My intended target was the education system for lacking the balls to back a home grown product. A not uncommon stand by many Australians, un...

Re: Possible New Concept ADSL Plans
With the ADSL1 plans, aside from the 256k, Exetel already offer plans at those prices with generous download quotas... for that reason, the plan type wouldn't appeal to me. For someone like my mum, an 'elder' user, the concept may appeal, but I feel a set limit plus shaping would win for her rather ...

No idea what's going on there then.
When I have a wrong password, I get 'login incorrect'. So something else is happening for you.
I can access your new website though, for what that's worth.
