To reiterate this is impacting some customers connected to the Mosman, St Leonards and Chatswood NBN POIs.

Re: Pensioner Broadband Plans?

Re: Call history in pdf invoice lacks Date and Time

Call history won't be in future invoices, this will be available online for customers to look through via their voice usage meter.

Re: Will I only need one router when connected?

The Exetel router will not work with your existing Optus cable service.

NBN will supply a new box and a splitter so you can use both HFC services.

You will have an NBN HFC box and then an Exetel or your own BYO router.

Re: Use of PSTN equipment on ZTE modem

You can plug PSTN equipment into the voice port on the ZTE modem.

We put the same mark up on our services, if the price increased it's because of supplier increases.

There are plenty of media articles about NBN wanting to increase their average revenue per customer.

Re: NBN12 Basic Plan

You'll find that all providers will get rid of this option, as NBN Co makes this unprofitable for providers to offer.

This is not something Exetel wants to do, but we must make a commercially sensible profit.
