I have asked for the voicemail to be looked at with priority, however for residential services there is little that can be down outside of hours, as our suppliers only look at these services 8-5.
I am sorry to hear about this situation, but with our wireless broaband services we sign a contract with Optus on behalf of our customers for each service, so even if you move to NBN with Exetel we have the existing liability to take care of.
