Hi,

OK, I tried to change my plan to a ExeSim Value 12 Month ($24.99).
There is a check box at the bottom says:
"I agree to pay $20 Early Cancelation Fee to break my current mobile contract. And I agree that a new 12 month term applies for my new contract."

I noticed 2 consecutive days my internet speed were very, very sloooow in late afternoon. The remaining 1 mobile number is still in old plan as current as 1 Jan 2018 I just checked.

OK, I requested plan change for my other 3 mobile numbers early this month.
However, when I visited these 3 accounts:
Manage -> Change Plan
2 mobile numbers do not show up there was a request.

Please check.

I lodged a mobile plan change request at end of October(after 27th, from ExeSim Saver 2GB data limit to ExeSim Value 12 Month 5GB data limit) , also aware this will only be effected from December. I lodged a mobile plan change request at end of October(after 27th, from ExeSim Saver 2GB data limit to ExeSim Value 12 Month 5GB data limit) , also aware this will only be effected from December.

I noticed in my current invoice (Mar) the $10 discount per month becomes $6.45.
Can you please have a look into that?
