Current Supplied Exetel Modem/Router?

Hi,

Can you please confirm if Exetel have their ZTE H268A modem/Routers back in stock if I order one thru the myexetel site?
Exetel has stock issues 3 weeks ago and substituted a Netcomm for an order I made for another customer.
(Website has always advised ZTE regardless).

Thanks, I would be good if they hosting could supply updates directly to the customer instead of us have ask the forum to get them to respond each time... The versions makes testing difficult as previously the Free and Paid sites were both at 5.4 allowing Websites to be tested before moving to the L...

Hi, Can you please have the PHP Version on the Paid Hosting Site updated to 5.6 like that on the Free area? Free = 5.6.38-0+deb8u1Test Paid = 5.4.45-0+deb7u14Test We utilise the Free area for our Test instances and the Paid for the Live and are unable to run the equivalent php code. Thanks David SSLSC

Thank you - this makes sense for our current predicament. We didn't know why the NBN account was made a business grade - the request was made as an online residential account the same as the adsl and website service had been. Is there a reason that no where on our MyExetel pages or invoices indicate...

Hi,

Yes - thats correct.
The ZTE did not even attempt to flash the DSL Light at all.
I used another Exetels customers modem and it synced ok - so order a new modem which also worked fine (need a backup anyway for multiple customers).

The LAN part of the ZTE appears to still be working fine.

Yes - thats correct. Are you saying there is no account type assigned to that customer ie only those with a NBN service number have a 'Residential or Business' setting? Hi, Can you please advise what type of account (Residential or Business) our Exetel account has been categorised as? Account id : 237998 I am unable to locate any indication on the Members Facility pages to determine the type. This was our original ADSL2 Account which still has our non-NBN services....

Hi,

Could it be space - I can see the Webstats folder alone is at 83 mb.
If there is a limit on overall diskspace then this could explain it.

I have a backup of the webstats archive - so you could try removing say 2014 - 2016 folders as a test?
(I get permission denied).
