Re: Port existing Exetel PSTN to Exetel VoIP - NBN

Sorry if my statement was confusing. You can definitely put in a port request for your PSTN number. The verification is for an internal purpose in order to avoid duplicate orders been placed by customers. Eg: The system will not allow two orders to be placed for the same number. Exetel does not have...

If you are trying to convert your current PSTN number which you have the ADSL service on to a VoIP number our system does a verification. Due to this, it may not allow you to proceed with the PSTN to VoIP order. One of our sales...

Sorry to inform you that we do not offer 3G plans anymore. However, you can upgrade your service onto one of the 4G plans available on your members area and you can continue to use your existing SIM card.

Re: Will Exetel ever do cable?

Hi Memeth, At the moment we do not have a plan of providing cable internet. It seems like you have an ADSL2 connection with Exetel. It would be best if you could ring our support team and run a speed check on your ADSL service and see the possibility of enhancing your speeds. Let us know if you need...
