Why are we being forced to buy 4G plans when a. most regional areas don't have access to 4G and b. I for one don't have a 4G phone and I bet a large percent of people still don't.

Exetel, surely it is still cost effective to offer 3G plans only???

I have now received this response from exetel. We checked with the relevant product manager and was advised that the 30 days’ prior notice is required if the service is being cancelled. Hi, I would suggest emailing Exetel sales as I have and quoting the above breach of their Terms & Conditions. I have emailed them and they have apparently escalated my query. According to Exetel's own Terms & Conditions for Mobile plans, http://help.exetel.com.au/Mobile_Terms_and_Conditions_JAN14.php, They need to give 30 days notice to cancel a non-fixed term agreement, as shown below. I too have received this upsetting and disgraceful email from Exetel regarding my mobile plan M15 being no longer available! Now to go on an even close to equivalent plan i'm expected to pay an increase from $15 a month to $29.99, that's 200% increase and still get 1/3 less downloads a month. How ca...
