Update

Exetel managed to restore the outage affecting the VOIP network.

Root Cause : Software issue on one of the servers.

Update

Our supplier have advised that restoration is continuing with a significant number of services now restored, However they are preforming some more tests and for complete restoration it will take about 30 mins more.

It seems that the services are getting restored by the minute. However our supplier still expect some more time for a complete restoration.

Our carrier have started restoring the database to the previous state and expect the services to be resolved soon.
