Thank you for your email. In your email you mentioned that I was under contract and therefore would be up for a early termination fee. Can you please check as i should not be under contract and therefore not incur any early termination fee.
thanks.

Re: Moving house - no phone connection
Thanks James. I contacted telstra the other day to organise the phone connection. Their system however was having trouble assigning a technician to come out so they were unable to complete the transaction. They plan to have some guru who is back at work on Tues fix it for me and then expedite the pr...

Change IP option no longer available

Everything seems to working fine now but i noticed that the option to change is no longer available in my member faciliti...

Re: New telstra plans
We are now almost at the end of August are the new plans going to be offered to existing members? Incidentally in my members facilities as i have both a telstra plan and phone plan it shows a $5 discount but this discount is not reflected on my bill. I'm not raising it because i want the discount mo...

Re: Existing customers charged $10 more for new plans??
Whilst i can totally understand what you are saying and it does seem that exetel are not looking after its loyal customers but (and this is not a dig at you) if you were a loyal customer you would know that Exetel have always passed on any discounts it could to loyal customers and continues to look ...

Re: Telstra ADSL2
Yes they do.
Here is the link:
http://www.exetel.com.au/a_plan_pricing_adsl_wide.php
they no longer differentiate between adsl1 and adsl2 as far as pricing goes they are both the same price now. They both also come with a 12 month contract.

Re: New telstra plans
As a side note why bother offering ADSL1 plans with Telstra. Now that the price is the same as ADSL2 and the contract length is the same whats the point of adsl1? In the past there was a difference in price and also contract length. Wouldn't it be simpler to now just remove adsl1 plans? Do telstra c...

Re: New telstra plans
Thank you James.
So does a relocation constitute a break in a contract ie if i signed up to 12 months and relocated am i liable for early termination even though i cam continuing my service albeit at a different address.
thanks.

Re: New telstra plans
I notice that the adsl1 and 2 plans are now combined and that there is no difference in the pricing is this correct or am i missing the adsl 1 plans? I also notice that the contract length is 12 months which is the same as before for adsl2 but adsl1 was only 6 months. Is adsl1 plans all now 12 month...

Re: New telstra plans
thank you. Im glad that they are going to be available to existing customers. I imagine as in the past that this would be made available towards the end of the month before the new billing cycle starts.
thanks,

New telstra plans
I just noticed new telstra plans that are considerably cheaper than the previous plans. I just got connected onto the T8-2 plan 2 weeks ago and the newer T8-5 plan is exactly the same but almost $20 cheaper. Is there anyway i can change to this plan especially considering i only connected 2 weeks ag...

Re: Help new connection drop outs and no mail
Just wanted to say thank you to all exetel staff who have helped me get back online. At all times they were helpful and willing to sort out any issues that arose. I even managed to get someone on the phone on a public holiday. Now try and do that with other companies.
thanks again.
thanks again.
