When might I expect a reply given that 13 days have now elapsed since your post and also given that I emailed Exetel Billing on Tuesday 26 January and it is now Friday 29th January and I have yet to receive a reply to my email?

Is anyone else experiencing incorrect billing on an ExeSim Saver plan that has not yet been addressed by Exetel? According to Exetel's own Terms & Conditions for Mobile plans, http://help.exetel.com.au/Mobile_Terms_and_Conditions_JAN14.php, They need to give 30 days notice to cancel a non-fixed term agreement, as shown below. I think I must be somewhere near the 'Vintage' club membership too and was an agent there for some part but not any more.
