We rang tech support on Friday 27 Jan with answers to the email, including landline numbers that had tried to call and tried all the suggestions. We were told we would have a reply within 48 hours. Still no reply.We rang again yesterday and were just given another ticket number. Can't anyone solve ...

I have used all three of them now. Netflix - Lots of original content, eg orange is the new black, house of cards etc. When the service is officially launched in Australia in march i don't think they will have the whole lineup straight away as i believe they have sold the content to the likes of fox...

Hi Tafkam, The meaning behind that is some customers who place their application with Exetel call their current service provider and request to cancel their service before it has been transferred to Exetel. This has caused issues for customers in the past, so we advise customers that they should not...
