Ive been emailing your residential support staff for a while now, and they never reply. NEVER. Meanwhile my speeds are around 0.5-1 mbps. Hi again, So, Ive sent all my test results to Exetel support 2 days ago. Still did not get a word back. Looks like Exetell support just don't like to reply.
