Thanks, I had checked with them too and they "started an investigation".
The port happened yesterday morning and number now working on new provider.

Don't know if I am in that first 1000 or not - initial 12 month contract for adsl1 started ~23/4/2004.

Unfortunately, I am about to give money to someone else so I can try out a 50/20 connection.

Clocked up 13 years a week ago. No real issues in all that time, just a day here and there when there were major issues with other companies causing Extel grief - aanet days anyone? In a similar vein to this question, is there the chance of Exetel offering 50mbps plans? Where I am located and via modem stats, I could get around 50mbps down (modem usually reports closer to 60mbps attainable).
