All the affected services will be switching back to Primary trunk on 07/03/2019.

The services may experience a brief disruption of up to 1 minute.

Update - Supplier technician team is on site & working on the issue at the moment. - Our wholesale supplier is unable to provide us with an estimated time of resolution yet. Update

The splicing of the faulty fibre cable is still ongoing with no ETA.

Further, Some customers in Prestons, Fairfield East, Chipping Norton and surrounding areas also may experience connectivity issues due to the ongoing outage.

We are updated that this is part of a current Network fault affecting services.

Our upstream supplier IP team is currently working with our international partners on this.

UPDATE Most of the services have been restored by repairs to 3 X 312 and 1 X 120 cables. The final 624 cable is being hauled and prepped today.
