Event Update

Wholesale supplier has advised they have found a fault at the Exchange which causes the outage and technicians are on site.

Given Estimated restoration time - 23/04/2019 close of business

Event Update

Wholesale supplier has advised that they are still investigating the service issue.

However they have given an Estimated restoration time - 23/04/2019 close of business

Affected suburbs are Fishing Point and Wangi Wangi

Our wholesale supplier has confirmed that outage has been resolved.

Kindly powercycle your modem/router if issues still persist.

The supplier has advised the technicians are working on the issue.

The estimated restoration time remains as 11/04/2019 before Close of Business.
