Kindly be advised that the network performance issue is still being investigated

Thanks for the quick response. I have set " Authentication method as Encrypted Password " but still no emails can be sent no matter what I try when "SSL/TSL enabled" is enabled. Also thunderbird does not prompt for a password when sending - so I assume it is using the pop3 password. Note that I can...
