Hi guys, i'm getting terrible download speeds during peak hours. I have done a speed test, see attached file. I'm only getting 0.8Mbps during peak hours, 25Mbps during non peak (which is the correct speed tier for our plan) Can you please escalate with Redtrain? https://www.speedtest.net/result/998...

Update Our wholesale supplier has advised that a temporary fix has been made to restore the services. The wholesale supplier and our core-network engineers are currently working towards a fix and the outage is ongoing.
They are unable to provide us with an Estimated Time of Resolution at this stage due to the complexitiy.
