thanks for that.
I'll ring exetel to report the fault with the line and go from there.

question about filters (splitters)
hey hey, moved into our new house a month or so back. It's really old and I've already had the telstra technician come out to repair a 'corroded' bit of line. Problem is I'm still getting slow speeds at times and the odd drop-out with my adsl2+ I don't know if it's my imagination but it SEEMS to hap...

Re: relocating ocv200 is definitely free?
yeah, that's why in this post I have asked for exetel staff directly to confirm this for me so I can pass it onto billing. Like I said, I have pm'd paulp but have yet to hear from him. At this stage billing is still refusing to refund the $100 early cancellation fee and saying that I need to pay the...

relocating ocv200 is definitely free?
hey guys, If one of the extel staff could please confirm for me that to relocate while under the ocv200 plan is free (does not incur the early cancelation fee or the relocation fee) to another optus enabled exchange? Earlier posts in this forum state this but I just want to make sure because I have ...

need exetel ocvplan group email
hey hey, i'm having grief with exetel having signed up to the new ocv200 plan and then had it relocated to a new address. It was made clear in the group email by exetel that when relocating to a new exchange, as long as it was optus, the intial contract period would just continue at the new address....

Re: relocating new OCV200 plan
thanks for that corey, Yeah, i'd appreciate exetel confirming that for me, just so I have it in writing. That's pretty much the impression that exetel gave me when I spoke to them (although they didn't mention being able to request a specific cut-off date for my current adsl). The whole process is j...

relocating new OCV200 plan
hey hey, just want to see if anyone else has gone through a similar process and get some feedback... I just signed up for the OCV200 plan at the end of last month. I plan to relocate to a new address on the 22 of febuary. I noticed when going through my user facilities that exetel does not offer the...

Re: new 12month contract question
cool. thanks for that.
I'm currently on naked adsl2+ with exetel and the contract expires end of this month.
But we are looking to buy a house and so I guess it may be best I leave my plan as-is, take the $10 price increase and wait till we find a place to move before locking in to a newer plan.

Re: new 12month contract question
ok thanks for that!
So in other words, be prepared for the early exit fee if I do sign a new contract and then move within 12months, just in case optus changes their mind.

included calls in cap plan - just to be clear
hey hey, may seem like an obvious questions but in the exetel mobile capped plans i.e. cap19 its states you get $165 of calls and sms included & $148 exetel to extel calls inluded. Now, does that mean for $19 p/m you get $165 standard calls/sms PLUS $148 exetel to exetel ONTOP of that? i.e. $313 val...

Right.
Sent another 2 emails to fax, 1 with .pdf and 1 with .tiff attachments. Both sent successfully.
Strange.
Thoughts?
