Price for NBN 50 plan is $59.99 for new customers, and $69.99 for existing customers. Is this ongoing still? Kindly note that all the outages occurred are being restored and currently there are no ongoing outages effecting any Exetel Services. Update: Service outage is still ongoing.

Estimated Resolution: The supplier is unable to provide us with an ETR at this stage.

Once the outage has been restored kindly power cycle your modem/router and test the service.

Exetel apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused.

And we can see almost all the reported services are back online.
