The faq says "If you need to discuss your service or opt-out of CG-NAT, you can call our technical support staff on 13 39 38." I have raised a support ticket rather than calling, but got no response at all. I have multiple services now that i have sold (being a dealer) that i want to have proper ip...

The supplier has advised, currently technicians are on the site and working on the issue.

Estimated Resolution : Our wholesale supplier is unable to provide us with an estimated time of resolution at this stage.
