No response from Billing team

I have 2 seperate opened ticket with billing@exetel.com.au

[Exetel Billing #1618315] is now 2 weeks old and I have NOT receive any response yet
[Exetel Billing #1636186] is now 1 week and as above, there is no response at all

What is the SLA for the billing department?

at 9am today, my 2nd relocation application was rejected for the same reason. Spoke to Provisioning again and was advised to do Manual relocation as the next step. Sent an email with my details to provisioning immediately after the call and now i have received a cutover date on 01/09/2009. We ll see...

No i did not...I asked Paul do I need to speak to him again after resubmitting it at 2pm and he says there is no need to do that and it should be ok. Anyway, I have just click on "resubmit your application" link on the email and after entering my details it says, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx...

I have reapplied my relocation again at 2pm and bang...........at 6pm I received a service relocation reject due to "SERVICE NUMBER ADDRESS MISMATCH"
NOT happy about this, I am living at 11th floor and is moving to 6th floor in the same building, why can't this process be much smoother?

Same problem here. I am relocating from unit 75 to unit 39 in the same building and the service relocation was rejected. Called Exetel today and spoke to provisioning department.
