Internet Outage, Runcorn, QLD

Hi,
We live in Bruna St, Runcorn and haven't had internet or VOIP for the last 2 days. Optus are reporting issues in our area on their outages website so not sure if it is their issue or an NBN issue. Can someone please look into this for me. Thanks.

Hi,

Thank you for your response. My VOIP number has now been ported and is working. I will now wait to see if I get a refund from billing for ADSL & landline services I haven't used.
It's just a pity that this has taken so long to resolve.
