NSW Chatswood NBN down since 10:30 - all 4 green light on NBN modem, after power cycle, still having all four green lights, and ZTE router having all green too.

I am posting this with the NBN connection.

can access Exetel, but nothing else, not even google.com

Nbn modem all green
ZTE 3 green (power, broadband, WLAN) but red for “internet”

HFC nbn connectivity lost (NSW Chatswood 2067) 2019-09-10 10:30pm

    NBN modem is all green
    ZTE having red on Internet
    Checked ZTE has correct login information
    Power cycled both nbn and ZTE modems
    Still back to the same situation, nbn modem all green, ZTE showing red on the Internet, rest green.

    Not sure what is happening, but just letting you know.

    Right now connectivity lost for NbN

    Modem has two green
    - power : solid green
    - downstream : solid green
    - upstream : flashing green
    - online : blacked out
    Power cycled modem and still returning to the same state.

    Chatswood NSW 2067

    There seems no planned maintenance work.

    Wonder when would it come back.

    The service is now stable for a few nights after Liverpool was done.

    overall the service is quite stable and fast since the installation. good.
