    NBN modem is all green
    ZTE having red on Internet
Checked ZTE has correct login information
Power cycled both nbn and ZTE modems
Still back to the same situation, nbn modem all green, ZTE showing red on the Internet, rest green.

Not sure what is happening, but just letting you know.

Re: Right now connectivity lost for NbN

Thank you KasunW for your attention. I report the connectivity issue here for you to review, more for the purpose of identifying the cause of it and see how you can potentially improve the user experience. - if there are some quick device reset/reboot at your end, you may like to see if that process...

Right now connectivity lost for NbN

    Modem has two green
    - power : solid green
    - downstream : solid green
    - upstream : flashing green
    - online : blacked out
Power cycled modem and still returning to the same state.

    Chatswood NSW 2067

There seems no planned maintenance work.

Wonder when would it come back.

    Thanks.

    TrustpilotUrl email error

    Hi Exetel,

I got email invitation for rating your service on Trustpilot but the link clicked only shown the line below:

    http://click.email.exetel.com.au/%%=v(@TrustpilotUrl)=%%

You may like to fix your mail-merge or whatever is handling the parameter.

Re: NBN keeps dropping out every night

Somehow I am having the same issue. I initially thought it was my router issue, then I realised that every night (early morning?) at around 12:30am, the NBN modem will have, instead of four steady solid green lights, it would have - power : steady green - downstream: steady green - upstream : flashi...

    Re: Data Settings

Thanks KavindaS, The mobiles are all coming over nicely now. Just one last question, regarding the premium SMS, when the limit is set to $0 as default, does it mean the premium SMS service is barred? Or does it mean it is active with unlimited $? Because there was another email notification we recei...

Thanks for the response sankap. I have ported my mum to you first, dad will follow shortly. --- Day 0 - Typed in porting details during the purchase. Data Settings

Hi Exetel, Though it seems quite clear but I just like to double confirm that, with your "Spend control function", I can set it to "stop data" when all quota used up and wait for the next billing cycle data to become available? At the same time, I can restrict all extra cost features, like premium S...

Re: How to edit/config the "SIP Network" of a Telstra Smart Modem Gen 2?

Thanks KavindaS. The guest network/WiFi is basically when someone go to your house, and they may ask "what is your WiFi password?". However, if they use a infected laptop/handset or if they do the wrong thing while connected to your WiFi, your internal computers/NAS/mobile...etc could be under a ris...

Re: How to edit/config the "SIP Network" of a Telstra Smart Modem Gen 2?

Thanks KavindaS. Apprently, the Telstra Smart modem Gen 2 VOIP feature is jailed, and it may require a jailbreak for the modem's VOIP feature to become user configurable. That is fine. I may just use the ZTE modem coming from Exetel as my key router for the house. However, only using the Telstra Mod...

No worries, you are doing such an amazing job here KavindaS. VOIP is already up and working nicely. And one last thing to add to the experience, which should conclude the whole story. "Where did the $1 test invoice go?" ---------- 11th - May, got the invoice for the refund. $1 was refunded from the ...

How to edit/config the "SIP Network" of a Telstra Smart Modem Gen 2?

Does anyone know how to edit/config the "SIP Network" of a Telstra Smart Modem Gen 2? It does display the details, but I wasn't able to find where to edit the values. If the values can be set like http://exewiki.exetel.com.au/index.php?title=Steps_to_configure_ZTE_H268A_for_VoIP then it is probably ...
