Same here in Port Melbourne. Powered modem off for 1 minute, then on, three times. Just tried disconnect, reconnect as per suggestion above. No improvement. Turned firewall off. No change. Happened yesterday morning as well. Inbound email works (not outbound), limited pages as above, nothing else. P...

True - I think I've been on this plan since about 2005, so it would appear I've done well if the current offers are bringing prices "down" to what I've been paying for years.

I think I'll stay where I am plan-wise till Exetel tell me otherwise.

I elected to receive invoices by email in mid-April. I've yet to receive May's invoice. I also elected to receive newsletters by email at the same time - the May newsletter turned up promptly on 1 May. I've checked my spam bucket and the invoice is not there. Is this feature enabled yet?
