Please report a fault on your service by emailing residentialsupport@exetel.com.au or give Exetel a call on 02 9927 1000 and press option 2.

Hi Paxman,

As discussed in Live Chat I have investigated and logged a fault to our suppliers. Further updates can be provided via Live chat, or by calling Exetel. SMS updates and calls will be sent to you keeping you up to date, also.

I singed with Exetel on 14/07 and was told my ADSL1 was ready on 16/07. The moden was delivered to me on 18/07. But I found there is no ADSL singal on my telephone line ( ADSL light is off all the time) even I tried to turn on/off the moden and used different phone socket in my place. The fault was...
