Re: APN for Exetel mobile services using the Optus network

Re: setting up moip ON NEW ANDROID PHONE

Excellent guide Baldrick, thanks for taking the time to write it, can I add one amendment?
That is, to activate/de-activate/reorder codecs requires a long press, that, in my infinite thickness had me stumped for a week

Re: Exetel MoIP Symbian / iPhone / Windows Mobile / Android

Hi all,
any sign of the android MoIP, I don't seem to be able to find an app that works with exetel/3g, and feel a bit at a loss coming from windows mobile and having a faultless run with agephone.

Any recommendations until the exetel MoIP is ported for android?

Re: ADSL2+ on Telstra Exchanges

The business that I manage is currently using an Exetel B05 garden variety ADSL1 plan, just wondering if there is anything on the drawing board that may give business connections access to ADSL2 plans on telstra regional exchanges?

Netgear mbr624gu firmware auto update

Just a heads up for anyone using this device, maybe better to untick the auto update firmware box under Maintenance > router update. A recent auto update rendered my Exetel/Optus sim un-connect-able in any of 3 different dongles (all Huawei ) Rolling the firmware back to Version 6.00.28.43 from http...

Re: A tip for Regular Forum Viewers :) (Auto login)

How about if the IP is in the exetel range there is no need for a login? Do you think that's better than remembering the log in from any IP? yeah I use from multiple IP's so the option to remember would be preferred (by me at least) :) Same here, travel makes for many ip changes, it is not always c...

Re: What Modem/Router Do I Need For A Fibre Service?

I am considering the Apple Airport Extreme, Netcomm NP802n or ASUS RT-N16 . Any one see a problem with any of these ? Then of course I have to consider a VOIP option. I know little to nothing about fibre, but I would be willing to learn :D But I would choose the ASUS RT-N16 because of it's extended...
