"Thank you for your e-mail.

Please contact Exetel on 0280301000 / 1300788141 if you have further issues."

That's it. What's the point in emailing if this is the response?

In Bonville, NSW yesterday we had a total failure of the NBN for an unknown time period. Then at 8AM this morning the same thing occurred. Finally managed to access the settings page and voicemail was enabled, but instead of 30 seconds it was set to 90s. Now I've changed it and it is working and sending me an email when I get one, so all good.

On a new NBN connection, have connected X-Lite as suggested. It all works except calls are not being diverted to voicemail. Isn't it supposed to divert after 30 seconds automatically? ..and my login details to the forums haven't changed to reflect my new number, I still have to use my old phone numb...

I've just received the notification - another 2 weeks - which I suppose is as good as it is likely to get. Can I just ask - please - for Exetel to let NBN know I am available at any time should a cancellation become available and if $$$ would make any difference I'll pay whatever they want to get it...
