Re: New Bundled ADSL/Wire Line/Mobile Plans

Hi, As far as I'm aware the OT specials are now no more. I was one of the lucky ones and took it up just in time. I spoke to the helpdesk and they advised that I was correct about the inclusions I would of liked to see it either in the forums or on the website as past offer so it can be refered bac...

They said they are getting unlimited plan OTL-D as new to exetel as stated on the residential home page. If I go to member services an...

Re: External Connectivity

Hi Not sure if anyone did anything or if it was the fact I unplugged the modem for 20 minutes or so but am now up and running. I would like to see the status page updated if there has been problems as it shows all green and looks like there hasn't been a problem for ages. Pretty sure that not the ca...

Re: E1762 Problem After Upgrading Firmware

I have not received my modem back yet, but apparantly it was working fine for them. There was no issue with it. So I purchased a new antenna to see if that was the issue, but I doubt it. Serious issues with the latest firmware. On the other hand I was looking around and found a Microsoft hotfix for...

Re: E1762 Problem After Upgrading Firmware

Hi

What was the solution ?

I bought an E1762 from Optus as it was cheaper but have been experiencing crashing while downloading.

I have the intention once the pre paid has finished is buying a sim from Exetel but if the problems are ongoing I may have to think about it.

Thanks
