Thank you for the information.

I know there is another open source G.729 for asterisk/trixbo/adminsparadise.

http://asterisk.hosting.lv

again this is for non-commercial use. G.729 (per channel) costs USD$10 via digium website for commercial use.

Hi,

We don't have those facilities at the moment. We can add those in to the development plan.

If your phone is operated at 2.4Ghz, which is the same as what the wireless network is operating at. as a result it could cause interference. I rule out your VOIP problem, i suggest to install a softphone on your desktop (x-lite - can be download from www.xten.com) and test VOIP quality on your desk...

Hi Stevebow,

if the account works on xlite, then the account is active, it will not make any different if you use another account.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide you a test account. You may sign up an additional voip account for testing and cancel the current one if the new one works.

By looking at your connection just now, i can see over 60 connections is opened for BitTorrent traffic. Even you stopped the download immediately when a call ring, it may only help you a little bit. For further testing, i suggest you stop and shut down Bittorrent completely and make a call to see if...

I suggest to check for any firmware update for your unit. Some older firmware may have this problem.

I am not sure about Draytek, but firmware is an issues for Linksys and Billion units.

Netcomm gateway is not a PBX, as a result the LINKSYS phone has nothing to do with the netcomm gateway

Since you are using Linksys phone, which I believe you have some sort of IP-PBX in place.

You may sign up Exetel VOIP plan and put those detail into your IP PBX.
