Re: No Melbourne DIDs available?

So....

It's been 8 days since I reported no DID numbers for Melbourne. And guess what?

STILL NO MELBOURNE DID NUMBERS!

:P  :P  :P  :P

I wonder what I should do. Maybe start a forum thread!

(Ok, sarcasm off and seriousness on, any ideas on what to do?)

It is quite likely that this bug was fixed in the firmware update. Yay!

Re: VoIP activation and presumed plan change

Hi, I am with MNF too. You can use the MNF web interface to turn automatic top-up off. Mitch. In my case I can only switch between monthly top-up and triggered top-up; am I missing something? Oops, probably not. On my MNF plan there is no minimum monthly spend. You might have a minimum monthly spen...

No Melbourne DIDs available (again)

No Melbourne DIDs available?

Hi,

I would like to get VoIP to go with my Exetel ADSL2+ service. But when I go to the VoIP signup page, the drop-down box for Melbourne DID numbers is empty. (The drop-down boxes for all other areas have numbers to choose from)

How can I get a Melbourne DID?

Thanks,

Mitch.

Re: Email2Fax Down today? 11/02/09

Why is your gateway looking at Sender, not From? It seems that this is not compliant with RFC822  Actually, it's not looking at any of the headers but rather what is supplied in the MAIL FROM: command during the SMTP session. Please read section 3.3 of RFC 5321 (which obsoletes RFC 822) http:/...

Re: Email2Fax Down today? 11/02/09

Thank you for your successful report on faxing to Australian numbers.

I still have not received a confirmation or rejection email, and I've checked my SPAM folder too.

Unfortunately the recipient of my fax won't be plugging the fax machine back in until 12pm today (time zone difference).

Email2Fax Down today? 11/02/09

Hello, I tried using the email-to-fax gateway tonight for the first time, to send a fax to Hong Kong. I sent email to 0011852????????@fax.exemail.com.au at 10:41pm from fax@afork.com (my registered email address for email-to-fax) with my password in the subject. It is now 2am and I haven't received ...

Could you please retest and try again. We changed the WAN IP address to 220.233.223.209 for testing. You should not have a 58.*.*.* address. I checked the "View your IP" page this morning, and it said my IP address was 58.*.*.*. Now it says 220.233.223.209, and everything is now working ok. I think...

Problems with routing to/from home and Australian sites

Hi, I'm having trouble getting to several Australian sites from my Exetel home ADSL2 service, and I'm having trouble getting to my ADSL service from the outside. Examples of sites I can't get to: http://www.mynetfone.com.au/ http://www.anaconda.com.au/ http://www.armysurplus.com.au/ http://www.openn...
