Client Banning IP's Since Migrating to New Plan.

I've been on the IncPhone A plan since I signed up with Exetel, but recently we received an email alerting us to a $5/month mandatory increase to our bill (some rubbish about "not making money off that plan" even though our new plan is the same cost as the old one but offers substantially more quota...

Not much point to it then Yes there is: local mirror = higher speeds Speed is relative. I've been waiting for a slot to open up on the GamersHell mirror for 3 days so I can get the Battlefield 2 v1.50 Patch . Since mirror files count towards your quota anyway, I just went and got it from Internode ...

So... It's not a shaped plan then is it. It's Delayed Excess.
