Re: Dropout, very low resync
I figured I'd keep this thread updated with whats happening. I got put to a more stable profile, but its still dropping out. The dropout speeds are even slower than before and its currently syncing at 1500/250.

Dropout, very low resync
Hi, recently I've been having random dropouts during the day and it would resync at approximately 2500/150. The next time it drops out, it will resync back to normal at 15000/850 and the process repeats itself. However today it has stayed at 2500/150 since the early hours of this morning. What could...

Re: Increase in Attenuation
What could have caused such an increase? And is there anything i can do about it on my end to see what could have caused it? Maintenance works or weather are probably the two main causes of sudden increased attenuation. If one of these is the cause then no, there is nothing you can do about it at y...

Increase in Attenuation
Hey guys, when i checked my modem today i found that my upstream and downstream decreased. I rebooted my modem and even did a power cycle and found that my Attenuation numbers have increased from: SNR Margin (dB): 11.6 14.2 Attenuation (dB): 23.5 11.4 Output Power (dBm): 0.0 12.8 Attainable Rate (Kb...

Wrong Referral Number
Hey guys quick question, is it possible for Exetel Management to somehow credit my account with the referral bonus, as I accidentally gave my VOIP number instead of my old phone number i use for Exetel.
Cheers

Re: Increased ADSL2 Plan Allowances
The usage meter in our exetel members page have already updated for this month (42000 MB from 32000MB for me) even though its supposed to take into effect next month. This might confuse some people.

Unusual massive slowdowns
Hi i'm on Naked ADSL2 and recently I've been noticing random massive slowdowns during the day. Browsing becomes ridiculously slow...the non flash version of the exetel home page doesn't even load in 30 seconds. I get this maybe once a day, some days are fine. To fix this I have to reboot my modem an...
