Re: CHAP authentication failure

The morning, my ADSL connection dropped at 07:00 +1000. PPP authenication kept failing until about 07:45. BTW, how come we cannot log a fault over the phone outside of support hours anymore? There used to an automated process which would log a fault after a few yes/no answers. These days, the suppor...

Re: Filtering into Folders in Webmail gone AWOL

The problem has been fixed. Thanks you.

If the cause was the bug that Dazzled referred to, how come such an old bug surfaced in the system now?

Re: Filtering into Folders in Webmail gone AWOL

It appears to be fixed now. There were two problems however. First problem when I logged onto one of my mailboxes today, I got an error message to the effect of there is a problem with the filtering and to check the filters and the quotas. I didn't get into the account at all. When I tried again, I ...

I still cannot get to the filtering configuration. Instead I see the message highlight option which I haven't noticed before.

He discontinued the full meter but the mini meter was last updated 10 months ago. I guess I don't have to debug the problem anymore.

Re: XML ADSL Usage Feed

I also tested your account and it's working fine. You may need to go through Options -> Account information and update the UN/PW. I have already done that and it doesn't fix the problem, that's why I initially thought the problem was with the XML feed. It happens to the usage meters on two machines...

Re: XML ADSL Usage Feed

You may log on to the members account using the following URL and locate the usage meter instead of trying the direct link. https://www.exetel.com.au/myexetel/ I am aware of the usage meter in the member facility. What I am having problem with is the "Mini Exetel Usage Meter" . It stopped updating ...

Re: XML ADSL Usage Feed

Perhaps my HTML knowledge is so rusty that I got the syntax for username & password wrong, that URL gave me error=Incorrect User/Pass I have a closer look at the error message from the usage meter. It suggests it may be an authentication issue when running self-test: Failed with Invalid Download: In...

XML ADSL Usage Feed

Is there something wrong with the XML usage feed? It has been playing up a bit lately. Not too long ago, there were a few days when the feed sometimes returned the right data and sometimes returned data that were days old. Now my usage meter is saying that there has been no data from the feed for la...

Recently, there were no planned work carried out for residential customers. This was not a planned maintenance of ASDL services? Well, I didn't receive any e-mail notification on the recent planned emergency outages. I haven't received any notifications for some months now.

Email Notification Discontinued?

I haven't received any e-mail notification of outages (planned or not) from Exetel for quite a while. I just checked the "Information From Exetel" in the member facility, I am still subscribed to the appropriate notifications. Have these services been disabled amongst others with the change over to ...
