How about an alternative to Optus?
As a rural iPhone user, all data has to roam via Tel$tra.
Ergo, it's very expensive with any provider other than Tel$tra.

Unemployed should NOT benefit from any discount. If they are doing an accredited course and NEED the internet, they are eligible for additional funding.
