Re: 1300,13,1800, international calls on CAP19,CAP35 etc

Hi, I find that http://www.e164.org/non-search.php can often provide a standard landline. RAC (WA Roadside assistance) number +61131703 converts into +61894364444 Also if this isn't good enough, there are other mobile providers that charge $20 for a similar service as Exetel's CAP35 that include 13/...

Re: Call forward charges

I've got a ticket for it already. The reception is great, I can make calls/SMS from the tower near my house, I cannot receive calls/SMS. I can drive down the street to the next mobile tower and I can receive calls/SMS. Very occasionally, if I turn my mobile off and on again, some SMS do come through...

Call forward charges

Hi, I've have a CAP35 plan that inconveniently cannot receive calls when it's connected to the mobile tower that services my house. If I'm anywhere else in Perth, I can receive calls. Is there a way to set up call forwarding to either a landline, or a different mobile (not optus)? I can't see it in ...

Re: New Bundled ADSL/Wire Line/Mobile Plans

Hi, I feel a bit stupid with this question, but here we go. With the OT-Special 1 plan for $60 / month, that means that the CAP19 plan is included in that price? i.e. no more cost for the mobile. So with this plan, you get Wireline phone, ADSL, mobile all for $60? The next question is if I then put ...

SIM Card Registration Fails

Hi, I've had a CAP35 plan since October, but on Saturday the phone said 'SIM card registration failed' and I can't make phonecalls. I created a ticket on Sunday morning around 7:30am and got a reply saying that a replacement SIM would be sent out once I confirm my delivery address. I replied to that...

That only shows me unbilled phone calls, not data usage, i.e. on the CAP35, you get a 1GB of data quota.

Re: Need help to select Exetel mobile/HSPA/VOIP service.

I dabbled with VoIP over mobile for a while too. After a few months, it just wasn't worth the effort and went to TPG cap plan.. then Exetel introduced the CAP plans and I've been on the CAP35 since mid october. The battery life also isn't as good. It is confusing for people wanting to contact me.. n...

Any updates on this? I still can't see my mobile data usage for the new CAP plans.

Re: Naked users forgotten?

Is there a way to transfer from Naked to With Telephone? In my member facilities I only see naked options to change to. If I sign up for a 6/12 month contract will there be any fees?

Edit: Wow http://exewiki.exetel.com.au/index.php? ... Downgrades it will cost $98 :(

Thanks for the effort Lawrie, keep us informed by Friday when we hopefully you get some progress on this.

Thanks guys.

I'll create a new ticket and let you know how it goes.

My feelings are much like lawrie, I think that I'm somehow not doing something right, and don't want to waste your guys time.

New CAP (Optus) data usage page

Hi, I signed up to the new CAP35 plan but the data usage for the plan when I log into the member facilities has not been updated yet. I'm sure I'm using it, but don't want to use over the 1GB mark! Am I not looking in the right place and the programmers just haven't developed it yet? Or is there ano...
