Re: What's my mobile account number?
Hi, Hopefully mine is also that same 5 digit number shown in brackets in the weekly phone email. However I've also noticed that on the invoices the number does appear occasionally. In the donation to causes invoice items, the 5 digit number does appear there. Also sometimes there is a monthly charge...

Missing thread :(
I used to have a thread
http://forum.exetel.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=308&t=32829
But it no longer exists. I can't find it in the archive threads either. Has it gone forever?

Re: ADSL2 Unlimited Plans (For Exetel Users Only)
Thanks for the offer Exetel. Four months ago I would have seriously thought about that offer, but since I've taken up diving and getting more into rock climbing I just can't find the time to sit in front of the computer as much as I used to to download stuff :) What I don't understand however, is gi...

Re: PSTN Line # Porting to VOIP after Naked ADSL2+ Activation
I'm a bit confused. At your new house you have Naked ADSL2+ but have a PSTN number also? If you had a Telstra number, then applied for Naked ADSL2+ but didn't do the PSTN to VoIP application during the Naked application, then there is no way Exetel can get that number back. The number has gone back ...

Re: Intermittent incoming calls: please help
What you describe happened to me last night. I plugged in a second ATA behind an ADSL modem and calling either number resulted in the phone ringing, but then blank and finally engaged signal. I was setting up a 3102ATA last night at my parents place. They had a 2102ATA happily working behind an old-...

Re: Exetel VOIP to Exetel VOIP issues
I had problems with this also. Where the phones ring but as soon as you pick up the call is disconnected. I was using my E66 to multiple Cisco/Linksys ATAs behind ADSL modems. Turns out the problem was actually the E66. It insisted on using one codec whereas the others didn't I guess. When I did a f...

Re: VOIP Rate for calls to Australian mobiles
I'd like clarification on this too. I've signed up a BUSMA plan with the intention to use the PSTN to VoIP functionality. On http://exetel.com.au/business-hspa-call.php it says 15c / min however on https://www.exetel.com.au/hspa/pstn_to_voip_form.php it says calls to mobiles are 22c / min. No doubt ...

Re: Report Broken Links/Failed Web Functions Here
Hi, In the business mobile section, http://exetel.com.au/business-hspa-pricing.php it has $0.12 per 30 seconds (billed per 30 seconds) In the submission of the application/order https://www.exetel.com.au/hspa_order/business_wireless_mobile_submit.php it has $0.12 per minute (billed per 30 seconds) F...

NF Plan still on wireline, not VoIP
Hi, I transferred my parents to Exetel on a NF/22NOTEL plan on the 13th of Jan. However on the member facilities it still shows the Wireline Meter not the VoIP Meter. Is there somewhere we need to click in the member facilities to begin the PSTN -> VoIP process? What's funny is that they said 'we ne...

Re: Transfer Your Current PSTN Home Number To Exetel VoIP
Cool. Sounds like the best thing to do is to have the person with authority on the line, sign up for a HSPA service.paulp wrote:Provided you and your folks understand the top clearly (which is stated on the form as well ), and you are an authority on the line, you are able to do this.

Hi Jason, I've just posted on the http://forum.exetel.com.au/viewtopic.ph ... 73#p264373 regarding HSPA's ability to move a PSTN to a VoIP service. Looks like this could really be a work around to my problemJasonM wrote:That's correct.

Re: Transfer Your Current PSTN Home Number To Exetel VoIP
Ladies and Gents, The PSTN to VOIP process for HSPA users is now available via the HSPA secure user member facilities. Cost is a once off $15 for the transfer. All other details are on the form, in your HSPA member facilities under VOIP->PSTN to VoIP Request Hi Paul, I made a post to http://forum.e...
