Re: Unbelievably wrong peak user meter data

My peak usage for this month 1/2 hour ago was .75 GB which would be about right as i have been on forums all day that use a fair bit of multimedia. I just went to my members page again and it's up to 3.97GB of my 10GB quota for the month. Is this a normal thing that corrects itself? There is no way k...

I have apps that wont run in Linux though so it could never be my main computer. I only use Ubuntu Live CD to do unix type stuff wit...

Re: New ADSL2+ Plan change confusion Members area.

Hi,
Can someone at Exetel answer this/fix seeing it's been moved to the right area by Gidget and is 4 days old (re post before this one), hopefully before month's end so I can change plans beforehand :?:

Re: Unlimited ADSL2 Plans - Update

Hi all, Back when we had the choice of choosing between three peak and off peak times, I chose 2am to 2pm for off peak. I have noticed that since I changed to an off peak plan unlimited plan last month my off peak is now back to 12am to 12 pm. I was going to change to this new fully unlimited plan ...

Re: New ADSL2+ Plan change confusion Members area.

Hi again, while that part is fixed another isn't. It says $10 for plan change before you click apply then when you click apply and have a choice of Radio button it says $0 so which one is it?

Re: Exetel User Help Forum - Only For Exetel Users

It will be a pain if the username/password times out at frequent intervals (necessitating a re-login), especially for people who spend a lot of time on the Forum, so I hope this will be considered during any reconfiguration. Just had a look and while it looks slick I noticed that in all areas my offpeak is listed as No Charge, when it should read unlimited and still does in the old system.
