I agree with Dazzled. ' RESOLVED ' means that a problem has been ' FIXED ' to most people. If the support ticket systems thinks that just taking a single action has ' RESOLVED ' a problem every time then I would say that is inaccurate most of the time. If this is the case I can easily see the angst...

Hi Last Thursday in the early evening my modem-router lost sync and did not recover. On Friday morning I logged a fault by email. Well out of all customers I dealt with over the pass 2 years I only remember one person that was able to get the nb1300 to sync up on adsl 2, the other's weren't able to get sync at all. Even with the firmware upgrades there wasn't much luck =/

In my own personal experience I have only ever seen one customer use the NB1300 without any problems.

There would be problems if you registered the same Voip DID in 2 different devices, however you can register 2 or multiple voip DID's provided they are different numbers.

It would also depend on your own device if it is able to do that as well.

Did you try a different corded hand set? try using port 2 and see if you get similar results.
