Same here, down in Hornsby since around 00:34 this morning. PPP has dropped out, but ADSL sync is ok.
It's been 7 hours now, could we have an update please Exetel?

Re: sync but no Radius auth?
Whilst I can authenticate now, I can only access what feels like a very small portion of the internet: I had exactly the same issue, and after a few hours of this I thought I'd swap over to my backup router - at least I could definitely eliminate the router in the support ticket. And, that fixed it...

Re: sync but no Radius auth?
While I have been back online since 10:16, I find I can only get adequate service within the Exetel infrastructure e.g. Exetel websites, speedtests. Almost everything outside is either very slow or non-responsive.

Re: Exetel DNS servers not resolving www.nasa.gov
Thanks for the update. I've also been experiencing sporadic issues as described above (and Whirlpool) over the last week or so and had put it down to extra server loading due to the Olympics. I changed my DNS server settings from Exetel's over to Google's 8.8.8.8 though, and that seemed to have impr...

Re: Exetel DNS servers not resolving www.nasa.gov
We will check on this further. In the meantime, please continue with google DNS. Seems to be fixed now: C:\Users\Steve>nslookup www.nasa.gov Server: kolanut2-dns.exetel.com.au Address: 220.233.0.4 Non-authoritative answer: Name: iznasa.hs.llnwd.net Addresses: 2402:6800:712:a000::8003 111.119.8.38 A...

Exetel DNS servers not resolving www.nasa.gov
For some reason the Exetel DNS servers 220.233.0.4 and 220.233.0.3 are not resolving www.nasa.gov: C:\Users\Steve>nslookup www.nasa.gov Server: kolanut2-dns.exetel.com.au Address: 220.233.0.4 *** kolanut2-dns.exetel.com.au can't find www.nasa.gov: Server failed If I change the DNS server setting in ...

Re: Report Broken Links/Failed Web Functions Here
In MyExetel, the menu Support->ADSL takes you to https://www.exetel.com.au/myexetel/support/view_adsl_support . On this page in the section "What Happens After You Submit Your Application", there is a link to the status of your application: http://www.exetel.com.au/a_application_status.php (link is ...

Re: Setup exemail for new ipad outlook app
No. The problem is that the iOS Outlook App requires SMTP authorization to be entered during account setup or the account will not be created in the app. I have been around and around with the MS OL app support people, explaining that my ISP's SMTP requires no authorization at all, but they will not...

Re: Unable to connect - ppp authentication fail
Unfortunately the problem has returned, 4 days later and at around the same time, 8.30pm-ish. A little frustrating that this hardware problem has returned again! PPPoE authtication back up now, at around 1.30am this morning (3/2/15). Was the problem actually fixed this time or is it an intermittent...

Re: Where are the network graphs?
I'd suggest bringing them back, so users can see for themselves if a speed issue is worthy of escalating to a supplier or not. I agree. If I was experiencing speed issues, the graphs were my first port of call. If the relevant graph was maxing out (or nearing max) then I would accept that as the re...
