Re: Forgotten Password, Email not working!

Thanks Mixer.

I'm not sure if he has his password for user facilities either. If that is the case, is there a way to get his password reset?

Forgotten Password, Email not working!

Hello, I hope this is the right place to post this. I have a non-computer literate friend who says his email isn't working (his Internet access is fine). We are BOTH with Exetel. I asked him to log into his webmail, but he can't remember his password. My question is, what is the process to get your ...

Given the incredible interest in these new plans, is there any scope to now offer more plans, for example $55, 30GB/120GB? :D

Re: ADSL2+ on Telstra Exchanges

I checked the change plan thing in my user facilites just a few days ago. To swap to the TE-2D plan was only $10. Now it seems to have magically gone up to $30. What the hell? Am I missing something? Hello, JasonM or ForumAdmin, would you mind addressing my question above please? The $10.00 was an ...

Re: ADSL2+ on Telstra Exchanges

I have two questions: Will shaping be an option for once your quota is reached? (although, I suppose at $1 per GB, it's probably not worth worrying about) Why is Exetel only offering ADSL2 speeds, not ADSL2 + ? It says on the Exetel page that you can get speeds between 15 and 18 MB down, true 2+ spe...

Re: ADSL2+ on Telstra Exchanges

So long as the uplink remain explicitly *uncounted* I suppose $65/100G is worth 'considering'. (Free upgrade?) I strongly agree. Also, what about when you reach your limit? Will shaping be offered? Regardless, thanks for have a go at getting "reasonably priced" ADSL2+ for those of us stuck on a Te$...

Re: Webmail - HTML support

I'm not opposed to putting up a HTML editor for webmail. The thing about that plug in that primarily irks me is that it's almost 5 years old and the version of FCKEditor that comes with it has had several security fixes since then. Also, if I remember correctly, it's API has changed which means tha...

Re: Webmail - HTML support

I've said this before, so won't go over it again, as you wear out fighting Microsoft - but are you aware that HTML email breaches web standards, is usually inappropriate, and is the key technology on which most scams are built? Hmm, sorry if you've already been over this. Don't care if it breaches ...

Webmail - HTML support

Hello Exetel, Thanks for the great service. I was wondering if you guys could please install the following plugin for Squirrel (webmail): http://squirrelmail.org/plugin_view.php?id=209 This would allow us to all send HTML based emails via webmail, something I believe is desperately lacking currently...
