Re: Wireless Internet Included In ADSL Plan Prices
There is still a problem with changing to one of the new 'W' plans. On the Change Service Plan page the 'W' plans are listed (Naked ADSL2 for me). However, once I click 'Apply' the next page (https://www.exetel.com.au/members/service_change_plan_naked_adsl2.php) does not have the 'W" plans... only t...

Re: Wireless Internet Included In ADSL Plan Prices
I see the new 'W' plans are now available in the User Facilities area. Just one point of clarification regarding the price of the modems... from previous comments in the forum I believe the price per month is only for the duration of the contract term and that the modem is owned outright after that...

Re: June Newsletter
As you have been advised - no customer has to change any plan they may be on. Was this in answer to my post several above yours? I have been attempting to get a definitive answer for several weeks but have had conflicting answers from both official and unofficial channels. As you can see, CoreyPlov...

Re: June Newsletter
The June newsletter has me confused, again, about whether I still have to change plans by June 30 (I previously received an email saying I had to). The paragraph in the newsletter which has me confused reads: Statistically over 99% of our customers download very realistic amounts of data and we are ...

Re: cease of plan/there will be no change emails
I would say "yes". Your plan is still being cancelled so you will need to switch. I assume you are on a NF/ or earlier (INC2DSL, INCPHONE, etc) plan? If so, you have until the end of the month to change to the Z/ plans (which offer the unchanged off-peak; the second email relates to Z/ plans) or yo...

Re: Rationale Behind Change Of Plan 'Direction'
Is it possible to get the Z plans re-instated please at least until the end of the month? I have asked for that to be done. Is this still going to happen or has it been ditched with the addition of the 6 hours free off-peak on the new OT plans? He strikes me as a man of his word so I would expect i...

Is it possible to get the Z plans re-instated please at least until the end of the month? I have asked for that to be done. Thank you. Hopefully they will be available shortly to those of us who have supported Exetel for a number of years and do not find the new ONx plans to be appropriate for our ...

Re: Rationale Behind Change Of Plan 'Direction'
No plans available to current users have peak/off peak periods. I thought it was 'No plans available to NEW users have peak/ off peak periods.' I am on the NF/23NOTEL plan. When I click on 'Change My Service' the only options presented to me are 4 'Z' plans which have Peak and Off Peak downloads. M...

Re: Rationale Behind Change Of Plan 'Direction'
I appreciate the 'There Will Be No Change To Exetel Plan Peak/Off Peak Times' email I received yesterday, however, I am unsure now as to whether I have to change plans by June 30 as per the 'Cease Plan Of Your Current ADSL Plan' I received on 7/5. As that particular email didn't mention the peak/off...

Re: ADSL2 Plan Changes
Are these "new" OT plans available to existing customers? Or perhaps the better question, when will these be available to existing customers? Currently on NF/20INCTEL which is $50 with no included downloads ($1/Gb peak & $0.5/Gb offpeak). If I'm not mistaken OTA plan is $50 and includes 10 Gb. This...
