SMS history and free credit limit gone
The Send/Manage/View SMS page for my ADSL2 account is showing zero or nil for everything. I can't view my SMS history though I use it regularly. The free credit limit is currently at $0.00 as is the free credit remaining. My API access seems to have disappeared, and consequently eXeSMS is complainin...

Re: Usage meter showing future usage !
Is your Peak-Offpeak still 12-12, or have you changed to 1-1 or 2-2? If so, that could account for it.

Re: Off Peak Quota
The quota of 60 GB for Off-peak is only for currently available plans... ie. plans you can sign up for today. Any continuing plan (ie. it is no longer available for new users) remains at 54 GB.

Re: Possible Further Changes To Off Peak Period
One month early ladies and gents. Although it is selectable in User Facilities, all notifications stated commencing 01 July 09. I never saw that in the newsletter, I just recall reading this post... http://forum.exetel.com.au/viewtopic.php?p=244577#p244577 ... "You can select a change NOW (the emai...

Re: Possible Further Changes To Off Peak Period
Then again, on my main member page it says "Your Usage From: 01-June-2009 (Updated at 2009-06-01 12:26:56 AEST )" and shows nothing for Peak even though I have a torrent currently downloading .... so maybe the change happened but the web pages were never modified. EDIT: spoke too soon... peak is now...

Re: Possible Further Changes To Off Peak Period
When the user-selectable Off-peak period was implemented I chose 2a-2p. My understanding was that any change would take place on the first of the following month. Is there any way to ascertain whether this change has been implemented? As of 12:10pm my account details page says "Downloads are current...

Re: Possible Change To Off Peak Period
changing the off peak time later and in "exchange" get more quota. Why do people feel like they "should" be rewarded for chosing options which change the periods that their ISP deems "off-peak"? My proposal was structured such that the part of not changing the default from 12-12 is balanced by the ...

I would be in favour of it as I think it would allow better use of the off-peak quota.

Re: difference between mobile plan and HSPA plan
I had a HSPA account and cancelled it and moved to a per-minute plan. For me, it has proved to be more cost effective as I only use data to check email etc. and only a small amount of data is used for this. Although the Vodafone coverage isn't as good as Optus it isn't a concern as I live and work i...

Re: Mobile Offerings From Exetel
I would change all my mobiles and recommend all my friends if you could offer free calls between mobiles on the same network ie virgin to virgin free calls and sms etc. Any chance of this happening? The per-minute plans do offer 50 free 2 minute Exetel-to-Exetel calls and 50 free Exetel-to-Exetel S...

Re: Mobile Offerings From Exetel
I would also love a pay-as-you-go mobile plan such as peteru describes (below), like Vodafone's old "No Plans" which they don't offer any more. Perfect for intermittent users! I'd like to see an option with no ongoing fixed cost component, only pay-as-you-use costs. I use a mobile phone on a very i...
