I read that the new off peak usage is from 2am to 8am but in my members facilities it says that the off peak is from 12am to 12pm. So which is it? Hi, I can't connect to my webserver with exetel. the domains http://www.kjd84.com or http://www.ausvarmint.com cannot be connected to without going through a proxy. As I said if Exetel are restricting p2p 24/7 then I believe they aren't providing me the service I want. Sure I understand if its only when the network capacity is nearing its limit but if its just 24/7 then I'll be looking elsewhere. Exetel do not throttle individual connections. The only advice /...

Will Exetel Use Telstra Wholesale ADSL2+

Will you guys be wholesaling from Tesltra for ADSL2+?
ADSL2+ is enabled from telstra at my exchange and they have just offered it for wholesale so I am hoping exetel will offer it?

Are P2P downloads being Shaped fulltime now?

Would seem so no matter what the number of seeds are I haven't been able to download any file from a tracker at any sort of respectable speed. So the question is are p2p speeds being throttled 24/7????
