Hi, I have a connection date of 28/11/2016 (next Monday) for a FTTN connection, but have not received my modem yet , can anyone confirm whether it has been sent or when it might be expected to arrive.

Re: You want twice for less?

It is now gone 6pm on 1st May and my user facilities still show all my mobiles to be on the old plans.
When can I start using the new super 100meg of data that I will be charged $10 for on the exesim basic plan ?

Re: You want twice for less?

I totally agree with Steves and BradM in the above post, and will be taking ALL my business elsewhere very shortly. As a customer since 2007 I feel very poorly done by. As a pensioner now for a year I am even more peed off. If the foreign owned Optus group are feeling the pinch then maybe they shoul...

Re: You want twice for less?

My biggest worry is how to finance this $35 Exetel money grab. I have 2 mobile A plans and 1 z15 plan, also broadband and voip, so my monthly spend will go from around $80 per month to $115. I am not a big user of any of these items. I guess the recent $2 pension increase will help a lot. Anybody kn...

Re: You want twice for less?

I have 2 phones for very casual use at $5 per month which now will be 2 @ $15 per month each and one for my daughter currentlly $15 per month going to $30 per month. I am not happy, and the lack of 30 days notice is noted.
So much for valued customers
