Hi there :) Just a quick notice to let you know VoIP is currently offline and techs are looking into it. No ETA at this stage.

Cheers, Mike.

I provide an offsite backup service for a few clients, so some of my offpeak downloads is from that. The rest may be torrenting or Joost.

This month I have used about 12G in peak time and 12G in offpeak in downloads.

SMS via J2ME? :) (Suggestion for development.)

Hi there :) WIth SMSes now just 5c it would be great if someone could write a small app for mobiles that sends them using the JAVA client built in to most phones now. It'd need to be small due to the high cost of GPRS, but would be useful :) Not sure if you can use the phone's IMEI or number, etc to...

Hehe :) No worries :)

Well, as long as both aaNet and Exetel don't go down at the same time, it should work. (I have a spare ADSL connection 700km away for a backup RADIUS server - it's on aaNet to provide redundancy.)

Happy to be donating some of the agent income back to a good cause.

Hi there :)

The plan I had it put on had a limit of $500 usage. It hit that limit some time ago because someone has been using it almost permanently for a week or three. I'll turn it back on, but will be watching for abuse :)

I am happy to help out make this more permanent, or to help Exetel get their own ports independantly if wanted. Somehow I suspect they're kinda busy with other things right now! I don't plan to axe the service in the immediate future. I'll only have to do that if it starts to affect my ISP business....

Yes, it's a local call from almost any landline in Aus. Check with your telco if not sure.

The free 10 minute session limited account I was offering last week is still running. Username exeuser, password exepass, number 0198333312

It hangs up every 10 minutes since I'm providing it for free. I'm giving this free access because I am an exetel agent, and have been happy with their service.

If you don't have a credit card, I can provide you with access at $1.10 per hour, invoiced or EFT'd. Hours purchased never expire.
